Welcome to UseMyNet. Our software let's you offer paid or free Wifi Zones with your own branding. Unlike our competitors you retain all profit from your hotspot. We don't have revenue sharing or monthly charges.
The UseMyNet software is totally contained on the router. There are no external authentication servers, this gives you back total control and makes it ideal for small businesses, coffee shops or hotels.
When your customers connect to the UseMyNet WiFi zone all web traffic is redirected to the UseMyNet landing page. This page is hosted on the router, as is fully customizable to suit your business. The customer is prompted for an access code which is a 5 letter code (A-Z). If the code is correct he is then allowed access for a defined amount of time, after which traffic is redirected back to the landing page.
You have the ability to set upload and download rates per customer and the ability to define 3 time periods "Red Ticket" and "Green Ticket" "Blue Ticket" which could for example equal 1-hour 2-hour and 24-hour tickets. The ticket codes are generated via an admin web interface to the unit. This would normally be accessed at the point of sale.
We also offer bulk scratch-panel tickets in trays of 500. The valid codes are downloaded onto the router. This is an elegant solution to sell to small business, as the business owner just needs the unit plugged into a Internet connection and a box of pre-printed cards to sell. Nothing more, and he is free to set the price that the cards sell for.
